No home remedies for arthritis, but I feel you. It hurts! What has helped me more than anything has been yoga and regular exercise. The more you move, the better; in your case, have you thought about talking to a physical therapist.

Anyone else out there struggle with arthiritis? Im only 19 but I have it pretty much from the waist down. Arthiritis plus nerve pain due to spina bifida are making it super hard to exercise. The last two or three days I have been in such significant pain that I havent been able to exercise. Its been so bad and its starting to affect my mood. Does anyone have any home remedies that I havent tried? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
