BRWNEYZ79, I am right there with you. In the past month I have seen great losses on the scale (losing about 2.5-1.5 lbs per week) but then during the past two weeks it's been like .20 or .50 lbs per week.
I know it's really discouraging but I'm trying to tell myself that at least I'm in a better place than I was a week ago and the scale IS moving in the right direction. Also, everyone says that slow weight loss is much more likely to result in you being able to maintain it over the long term.
