I started using the Zumba DVDs. I've seen results mainly in my stomach.

I'm doing a hybrid of Turbo Fire and ChaLEAN Extreme, so I'm getting cardio 3x/week and ST 3x/week with one rest day.

I ST 2-3 times a week (high weight, low rep) and I do cardio 4 times a week. This helped me to lose fat and maintain lean muscle, which makes me look 'toned'

If you are using some other plan other than Spark Peoples videos, what are you using and what kind of results are you seeing?
