When I look back at my day, I can see that I was very motivated. I exercised and even increased my kettlebell swings and I am eating healthy. That is showing great motivation.

no. Not feeling too good today. Have the crud. Trying to still eat good though. Think that eating bad will probably keep me feeling horrible. Need the good vitamins!

Without motivation you will fail every time. Whether you motivate yourself of you get motivated by someone else, it really doesn't matter as long as your motivated. Motivation is the key to succeeding whatever goals you set, or whatever you want or need to accomplish. So get motivated and lets all go do what we need to do! Go, Go, Go, Go!
