I basically did it alone. I was on a plan but the place I went was useless.

I started out doing this alone, but have since been joined by two of my family members.

I was alone, but I started a Family Biggest Loser Challenge for the next 90 days. So, everybody is shaking it into high gear cause they want to win the $250.00 prize. We will see who wins the pot in 3 months.
Progress may be slow, but it happens! No such thing as last place only finishers.
I'm doing it with my 2 sisters. We are having a competition to see who can lose the most weight. The great thing is is that we are all using different diets. My younger sister is on a protein diet, my older sister is using weight watchers and of course me on sp
Started alone but I advised my husband and family that I was only going to make one meal. So, like a typical man..lol, he lost 50lbs and is at his goal and I still have quite a way to go. Go figure! But he is still very supportive of me.
Just me. Oh yeah... and the how-many million on SP?! Actually, my husband and I have done this together in the past, but it is too frustrating for me. Even though I KNOW that men lose weight faster/easier than women, I lost all motivation when he lost so easily and I was struggling. It felt too compatitive, too. I've done "buddies" with a friend and that was much more motivating.
Doing it with my hubby. It's so nice to make healthy meals that we both enjoy and talk about our ideas/progress.

Mostly alone, but my husband is very supportive. I do have a mini challenge with a friend. When we went shopping last week, we both bought a pair of jeans a size too small and we are competing to see who can fit into their jeans fastest...a healthy competition is always good. And I have the whole spark community so I never feel I'm doing it alone. Lots of great company here.

Alone...I don't like dieting or working out with partners.
I'm doing Weight Wars with my dad. It definately does keep me motivated to keep losing weight. I don't care about winning I just want the both of us to be healthy! (But I wouldn't cry if I lost more than on Saturday's weigh in ;)! ) AmberGarnet!

I am going at it alone. No one seems to want to join me. They say I walk to fast or I jog to fast. Any excuse will do. Wouldn't you want someone that will push you.

Along with doing SparkPeople, I am doing a weight loss competition with friends via text. Every Monday my friends text me their weights and I send out a master text with everyones weights. It helps us stay motivated. Or at least I hope it does.
