Yes! I just did 10day minute solution hip-hop dance mix DVD. The first two workouts (10@ minutes each) and wow! This is the most I've sweated ever! And my belly actually burns! Very challenging and I know I need practice because I would've hated to see how dumb I looked but I kept moving and wow, I feel it:)

Oh yeah. TWO hours on the tread at 3% incline. My thighs are on fire!!!

Oh, I'm feeling it. Am I ever! I worked out for an hour today (boot camp) and I really ought to have taken a rest day after yesterday's workout. ;)
I'll be feeling t his one for days.
