No. I watched his show the other day about 100 foods to buy for dieting or something to that affect. The food he suggested was frozen or packaged, I was very surprised at his advice. I expected him to say fresh fresh fresh, but didn't hear him mention it at all.
I know we are busy and sometimes need to grab packaged or frozen foods.... but in my personal opinion, if its weight loss, reducing sodium and fat that we are after, then fresh foods are the best choice.
Spark People is the best. I have learned so much along this journey right here.

I was all excited about it until he announced that it's partnered up with Weight Watchers. I'm not a fan of the change. I will stick with Sparkpeople.

Dr Oz is a wind up toy for television.. No thankyou, if I am sick I will go to a doctor if I need nutrtion advice I will return to a dietitian..
Dr. Oz has a weight loss challenge. However, he partnered with Weight Watchers. I'm sticking with SP because of the support and it's free. Of course I'm sure there's big $$$$$ in it for Oz and Oprah because it's a big ad for WW. Still, it's another challenge which might be helpful.
