I downloaded a free app to my i-phone called Streaks. It helps me track all kinds of streaks and I can just look at my phone and see where I am. It's so easy and really helps keep me on track!

My longest was 15 weeks of exercising at least 90 minutes a week.

For me:

Log into SparkPeople = 200 days in a row
Drink 8 cups water or more = 26 days in a row
Exercise = 25 days in a row
No sodas = 44 days in a row
Take vitamins - 44 days in a row
