I couldn't be happier. I think I slowed down a little last week, but I had two birthday celebrations, and I ate (a little) cake and (a little) ice cream with (a little) chocolate syrup on top. I also enjoyed my dinner out with my husband. Now I am back on track, and in two-tenths of a pound I will have lost eight pounds. It was a month Monday since I started SP, so I guess that's right around two pounds a week, with this latter week being a bit short.
