I would track it as water aerobics...it is much closer to that than to weigh-bearing cardio dancing.

Afternoon everyone.

I tried to get an answer on the fitness forum, but no success yet. I booked myself onto an Aqua Zumba lesson tomorrow, just to see what it is like. My main question is, do I track it as water aerobics, or Zumba (cardio dancing)?
