Welcome to the new members. It's good to have you here.... "The more, the merrier!" as they say. I have found this challenge to be very useful in helping me establish and maintain an exercise habit. I don't aim for lots of minutes -- just to exercise regularly -- though I am trying to increase my intensity a bit as my fitness level improves. However some people in this challenge set goals for a LOT of minutes. That's fine, too. They inspire me.

Whatever works for you is just fine for us.

Wow I've been slacking on my posts, but not on the workouts :)

My goal is 60 minute workouts 5 days per week... So month goal of 1200 minutes works alright...

4/1 - 60 minutes complete ~ Quads, hams and calves.
4/2 - 45 minutes complete ~ Chest and core.
4/3 - 30 minutes complete ~ Ball hockey.
4/4 - 90 minutes complete ~ 35 minute run plus chest and triceps
4/5 - 60 minutes complete ~ shoulders, traps and forearms
4/7 - 100 minutes complete ~ 60 minutes quads and hams (am) 40 minutes ball hockey (pm)

I challenge myself to exercise daily - beginning at 15 minutes but adding 5 minutes a day until I reach my doctor-ordered 45 minute exercise period. Also, I challenge myself to eat just three times a day - at or near 6 AM, noon, and 6 PM.
