I agree that competition can be fun, but I'd find a different way to compete. Losing weight quickly means that a higher percentage of it is going to come from muscle instead of fat, so it's not a good idea. A healthy rate of weight loss is an average 1-2 lbs per week.
I'm looking for a bit of healthy competition. Nothing in-your-face, but I think that it would help if I were competing against someone else to see who could lose 25 pounds the quickest. I know that weight loss "shouldn't" be a race...but personally, I think it's much more fun and motivating that way.
I am currently 21 years old and 155 pounds, so I'm looking for a competitor between 140 and 165 pounds to compete with.
