I've read that Ideal Protein discourages exercise. Is this true?

Hello!

Ideal Protein does work. I'm on the maintenance phase now. I'm 10 pds up from losing 36 pds in 3 months last September. I gained the weight back since I wasn't following protocol. Good luck!

I think the best way to lose weight is eat healthy and low calorie. Lifestyle change...and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg!

Weight loss is accomplished with the mind.

A person who wants something WILL find a way....a person who doesn't will find an excuse.

Which do you prefer?
The pain of self discipline?....or...the pain of self regret?

I was wondering if anyone has had experience with Ideal Protein. Does it work? Was it worth it?
