Barre workout are great, like physique 57 and others. I use a chair for most barre workouts. My husband mounted a barre ordered from a ballet store online. It's very sturdy.

I saw an informercial about the "Fluidity" brand exercise bar and videos.

It looks interesting to me. I have tried pilates before, but have difficulty and grew fruistrated. I felt the videos didn't give enough instruiction, and that I wasn't performing the moves correctly, but without a trainer there, I didn't know how to fix it.

I just wondered if anyone tried Fluidity and had any success?
