Tony mentions in the p90x guide that if you can't pass the p90x fitness test, then p90 is a good place to start.

I haven't really looked into p90, but I'm just assuming that p90 was the first program, then for people who wanted something more intense, Tony made p90x, which is p90 extreme :)

I did not try power 90, but I have heard from others it is a very good stepping stone to p90X. I do recommend P90X to anyone that wants to get in shape..

Power 90 is supposedly a less extreme version of P90X. I'm thinking of trying it and was wondering if anyone else had tried it/like it/hated it, etc.
Thanks!
