I'm about to head to bed, but for the rest of you, I'm glad I know other people who use Just Dance, the wii, or just dancing and music in general to work out! Good luck to all of you on your journey!

CouponAngelTeri...I don't log it into my fitness tracker on here. I don't do an exercise tracker or food tracker here. But when I play Just Dance I try to do at least 6 or 7 songs, which ends up being 20-25 minutes or so. I'd suggest doing about that many songs per day!

Try doing a search online for activity points using Just Dance. I did that with Wii tennis and was surprised to find it, as well as other Wii sports activities..

Nope, I just put on the favorite satellite radio channel and dance to that, sometimes use the exercise bike and jump off and dance when the music is extra good, too. Works just fine, and the music changes daily.

We have the Best of Just Dance, and with it being so rainy down here in summer time, I use it when I can't go out walking due to the weather. It's also GREAT because my daughter will NOT do a workout dvd with me but she LOVES when we play the Wii together. It's a great workout, and if you find the activity level is too low for you, choose a harder song.

I have one of those games for my 360, but I don't play it very often cuz I get frustrated on how to log that into the fitness tracker. How do you log it in, if you do?

I don't have Just Dance, but I do use my Wii Fit for workouts. You can burn some serious calories while having fun and the bonus for me is it is in the basement where it's cool, so on hot days when I don't want to go out I can go downstairs and workout.

have not tried that one...but we love country dance for the wii

and also have zumba for the xbox 360...but dont love it as good...its HARD ..espacially for the uncoordinated !!!!

I have Just Dance 2 and 4. My dd wants me to dance almost every day with her and it is a pretty good workout.

My friend started out dancing 15 minutes a day. She began shedding pounds. As she increased the time, she shed even more.

I second that as I do a great deal of intense workout and the Just Dance series is great way to workout on the off days and still burns some calories while the kids work out as well.

I recently started playing Just Dance 3 on my wii again (I proudly own Just Dance 1, 2, and 3 haha). Does anyone else play it too? I got bored with my usual cardio routine and decided to start playing it again a few days ago. Years ago I would just play it for fun with friends. I forgot how much of a workout it really is haha. I recommend it to anyone who is getting bored with their day-to-day cardio routine!!
