I like doing WW. It works well with SP too. I get all the tools and motivation I need on SP while still being able to follow the WW eating plan. It just clicks for me. For anyone who is on or familiar with WW 360 plan do you use all you weekly bonus points? I do and my scale is going down but I so feel like I'm " cheating " when I do. I can use them on anything I want. If I want a hot dog I have it. If I feel like a big mac I go for it. Yesterday I had ice cream. My scale says I'm headed in the right direction but I can't get over feeling like big failure when I do endulge and use my bonus points. Any insight/suggestions?
