Yes, you're hearing us say that they don't work. And you know what? They don't actually even claim that they work. They say right on the label that "This product is not intended to treat, diagnose, or cure any medical condition."
Any product with the word "support" is bogus. (Except support hose or other support garments.) "Support" is a lawyer word-- the supplement manufacturers' lawyers came up with it because it doesn't really mean anything. They're not allowed to use the word "treat" or "cure" because then they're claiming that the product is a medicine and the FDA would require them to show that it's safe and effective. They're not allowed to say "help" or "improve" because then the FTC could make them prove it and they and/or the individuals who buy the product could sue for fraud. By saying "support," they get around all the laws and can sell a product that does little or nothing.
Since you do not have diabetes or pre-diabetes, then you have a normal blood sugar reading---your body is functioning as it should. Your body is producing the correct amount of insulin and is using the insulin correctly. There is no reason to use such a supplement, it will bring about no benefit to weight loss either.
Most people who are vegetarian have about 60-65% of their calories coming from carbohydrates because they are using more fruits, veggies, starchy veggies, whole grains, beans, lentils, legumes, etc. A vegetarian diet can be very healthy.

I am not diagnosed either diabetic or pre-diabetic, but am allergic to meat and fish and chicken and am a vegetarian who eats a lot of carbs and can't really go low carb.
There are many products out there that say they help with it, and I have read some research, which says that things like InSea and other things like that help, but there are so many products there and I was mostly just curious if they would help speed things up, because people who do go lower carb tend to lose weight easier it seems.
I think I am hearing you say that they don't work?

I assume you have pre-diabetes or diabetes?? You shouldn't be taking anything unless you check first with your doctor or Certified Diabetes Educator. Of the supplements you mention, the one with the most research regarding lower blood sugar is cinnamon. But you need to know how much to take on a regular daily, basis, and how this could effect your medication amounts, and your carbohydrate counting plan. See your health care professional "first!"
