I'm reading & following The Beauty Detox Solution by Kimberly Snyder. She has always been fit & healthy - but had a problem with belly fat. She claims that her diet fixed that - which is predominantly raw. You might try the book, her Green Glowing Smoothie I make daily and adore it. She's spot on with a lot of her eating. I really like her section on the Ph of food and how to eat & food pairing. KT

thanks for the info seems to be my area of trouble also! I lose from every where but the tummy and it is frustrating! I am going to look at the Dr. Oz info I have heard this a couple of times before!

Belly fat stays until you get down to about 9% body fat. Look at male and female models or for that matter high school and college wrestlers. All the above have to keep the fat off or their out of work or disqualified from competition. If they can do it, we can do it.

It is what we eat Eowyn- tell mom to avoid feeding you salty and deep fried food- also on a serious note where do you have your dialysis tube operated in? Suggestion be careful with crunches if you have the tube operated the stomach muscle area.. Repairing hernias is painful stuff.. Try to be kind to yourself being a dialysis patient... It is frustrating, but I truely believe meeting other dialysis patients each day without complications is a blessed gift from God.. xx Red
