In my conquest to find new greens besides just spinach,kale,etc to throw in my NutriBullet when making smoothies I have come across a green leafy veggie called daichoy. I have been recently shopping at an Asian (Korean) market in Northern VA because of the great prices and selections. I got there once a month. The last trip I picked up some dandelion greens (which are WAY too bitter for smoothies/juicing), and also something called baby gaichoy. I assume its like bokchoy and in the same family and I'm about to throw it in my lunchtime smoothie so I hope it tastes the same. I am wondering what its nutritional values, etc are? I was unable to find any listing on the SP Nutrition Tracker to add it to my daily intake. I chose to use bokchoy as a listing substitute for now but would like to know what its actually cals,vitamins,etc are...
