Tried it for 3 months after hearing about it on the Dr Oz show...don't work, save your money! As with most supplements a weight loss plan is suggested, you will lose weight by watching your calorie intake without the pills! Scam!
Its not exercise, its going outside to play!

There is no magic pill or potion. The only formula is Eat Less + Exercise More = Weight Loss. You didn't put the weight on overnight. It took time and effort. It will take the same to get rid of it.
One stumble does not a failure make.

I tried it too and didn't see any difference. No bad side effects, just no benefits either.

Tried it- really no effect after 3 months; I was still losing at the same rate as previously.

I talked to someone at the vitamin shop and he said it should work but you don't see ANY results until it's been at least 30 days that it's in your system. IDK... I'm more apt to go the route of a nutritionist to see where I need to change my diet for my age, height, etc..

Waste of money, except for the placebo effect!
