As others have already noted, you're doing way too much exercise. If you've been very sedentary, you want to slowly ease into a routine so that the exercise will become just that, a routine. Do you really want to execise for two hours a day, five days a week for the rest of your life ? I sure wouldn't. there's stuff I want to do. I don't want to be tied to a gym.

Doing that much exercise will not speed up your weight loss. You really are doing too much. The reason you're feeling dizzy may be a result of doing too much too soon.

Feeling dizzy could be caused from dehydration. Feeling dizzy could be caused by low blood sugar if you're not eating anything before the workout. Feeling dizzy could be a result of over exertion. feeling dizzy could be a result of low blood pressure.

There are lots of other reasons too. Thus the reason to talk to your doctor. Honestly, you don't have to kill yourself in the gym to be healthy or lose weight. Weight loss is a slow steady process that takes time and the closer a person is to a healthy weight for their height, the harder it takes to lose those last few.

You're being much too hard on yourself. try cutting back on your exercise routine and you may start feeling a lot better.

Are you kidding me? You have to ease into a new training plan, not go from 0 to 60! That is way too much exercise for someone just starting to exercise again. Lower the time spent and intensity.

Defintely see your doc. He or she can run a simple blood test to make sure there's nothing out of whack and you can tell them what it is you do in a week to see if it's too much or something like you aren't getting enough of a nutrient.

With dizziness, I'd see your doctor.

It does seem as though you're overtraining as well which could be part of the cause.

I work out at the ymca. Each class is an hr. the kickboxing class is 30 min cardio 30 min strength training. I guess I work out alot to feel like I'm actually doing something. 20-30 minutes doesn't make me feel like I've worked out enough and I feel like I'll want to stop because 20-30 minutes is not worth it...idk its a mind thing I guess. I push myself the whole hr and will not stop until the class is over.

Is there a reason you're doing so much exercise? You really only need 30-45 minutes of cardio, 3-5 days per week, along with strength training 2-3 times per week. What matters most is the quality of your workouts, instead of continuing to add on more time.

How soon before your workouts is your last meal/snack?

kind of a weird question but I've been working out about 4 weeks now. 5 days a week for 2 hrs each day. Im eating 1500-1600 calories a day.usually my work out is zumba, kick boxing and spin class. I do an hr of each and rotate the workouts througout the week. The past week ive only been able to work out an hr each day because I get dizzy and feel like I can't find my balance sometimes. im not sure if this is too much for me being that before this I hadn't worked out in years. maybe it's too much too soon.
