Yes I finally got out of bed at 5 and got 1 hour in. I feel so much better knowing I dont have to do it tonight!

I'm up at 5am Mon-Fri for a workout. I take the weekends off as I'm usually doing some kind of athletic activity.

I usually work out at around 1, but today I did doubles, so I started at 11am and ended at 1pm.

30 min of Pilates this morning. Wanted to do a full hour, but I just wasn't feeling it today. I have a spin class after work

I really wish I had the energy to get up earlier in the morning but I just can't so mine waits until I get home and often doesn't end up happening.

I got off the bus early and walked the rest of the way to work. It felt great to get it in before the rain starts!
