Hello all! I'm back again for the second time. This time I'm doing better with food (so far anyway) but I'm struggling with exercise. I try to work out at home, but my fibromyalgia and back problems are sooo much worse now than they used to be. I used to work out at a gym with a personal trainer and I was in much better shape. I can't believe I have let myself get this bad, plus the health issues make it worse and some days I can barely walk let alone work out. Any advice?
