I am and my husband is trying. I keep having to add what I make and exercises/ingredients on the trackers. There is a definitely a learning curve but I will get to my goal - or my body's goal at the end. Glad to know there are others out there.

My daughter and I are new patients at a Maximized Living chiropractic center in Jacksonville, FL. We will be participating in the "RESOLVE: The New Year's Weight Loss Challenge" which will be encouraging a 30-day Advanced Plan challenge. I've already been purging my pantry and refrigerator to eliminate non-plan foods in preparation for the event. Glad to see there are others who benefited from this plan. I'm looking forward to the transformation.

So far so good. I have modified it a little in line with lo carb living. But I feel a lot better.

I am supposed to be as recommended by my chiropractor here in Denver, Colorado. I am definitely struggling with it. How are you doing with it so far?

Hi and welcome. So glad you are here to make a change! Get familiar with everything here and join some teams. Teams are good for motivation, support and accountability. I am adding a couple of links to teams you may find helpful but I recommend you use the team search bar and type in your hobbies/interests or the first number of your age followed by 0 and something. Example - "30 something", good luck on your journey

Good Afternoon. I'm new to SP and trying to navigate these waters. I am currently attempting a plan from my chiropractor that is basically eating zero processed foods, no bad oils, etc. Is anyone else on a maximized living plan?
