I am on the Spark People message boards, but I do all my tracking of food on the WW Online site.

I also have to do the points tracking for my parents. So personally it is too time consuming to use both trackers.

I have lost over 14 lbs since January 5 on Weight Watchers, but I lost the first 20 using Spark people

I track in both places but I am doing simply filling so I only need to track the indulgences on WW. I track fully on Sparks so I know my calorie and salt consumption. I have lost 10 lbs this time using both. You need to track in ww if you are counting points otherwise how will you know how many points you used or use a paper tracker. I recently joined WW with my wife and I am interested if anyone has tips on food tracking in Spark while eating WW food plan. Should I stop tracking my food in Spark and just do it in WW?
Have you been successful using both Spark and WW?

Thanks for any advice pro or con.
