I've been reading the Viva Mayr Diet and find it quite intriguing. Anyone eating this way? It's mostly whole foods, lower (but not nonexistent) carbs, and healthy fats. The recipes in the book are interesting and I like some of them, but some are a little out there. Plus the fact that the Viva Mayr facility is in Austria so some of the recipes seem to call for regional ingredients that are a little hard to find here. Would love to hear from others who are experimenting with (or adapting) Viva Mayr principles.
