LOL yummy and lots of protein, the best option for someone who likes proteins too much and is interested in the "juicing" concept
Si Kori xD... GOAT! cabrito is the typical food of Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. We were playing Gears of war and we found a regio (someone from monterrey) who said he ate cabrito the whole day, he even had cabrito milkshakes en el desayuno yummy xDDD
LMFAO I tried that too but you only have to add the juice of 1/2 lemon .... no wonder you felt 'nauseus' lol remember that guy who had cabrito milkshakes for breakfast? you could try making cabrito juice instead yummy
shame on you! My grandmother says a glass of lemon juice (half lemon juice, half water) in the morning is good for losing weight, probably because it makes you feel nauseus the rest of the day never try it
I've never heard of any juice that makes you increase your muscle ans strength, you should share the recipe
Nada! as I was saying, tomato juice is good for stress relief

I agree about the emoticon thing... but I still think there's nothing wrong with my spanish response... I don't know why everyone makes such a big fuss about it. IVYXXO posted a link about juicing.... recipes.... that's what the thread was about anyway, no one else posted anything during the next 7 days so I decided to respond HIM, in spanish. What's so wrong about that? I really don't know.

It seems that this thread has gotten off-topic and is going in a very negative direction. I'd ask that if you don't have something to contribute to the conversation (like posting an emoticon instead of a response) then you not post at all. Our site is for helpful and positive support, not negativity towards other members.
Please let me know if you have questions. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

Are you implying you ALWAYS respond only to the OP??? oh, please... besides this thread was already dead; and I'm glad you're not intimidated or anything.. but then I don't understand how we are ruining your precious threads, you could just ignore us (especially since none of us was talking to you).

I'm not intimidated by anyone. I am interested actually in the "juicing" concept, and in learning what people think about protein. That is what the thread is about. Stuff like an emoticon of a juice and a foreign language add nothing to the OP's discussion.
I suggest that such posts that are unresponsive to the OP are NOT in line with the posting rules.

Oh... Eric, I'm so sorry I ruined your interesting conversation about.... protein?.. sparkpoints "whoring"?.... juice?... you know, ANATASHIKI is right....
" Bill. I like my proteins too much" ??
WOW Eric, what a useful response, you surely helped the OP with that! At least we still were talking about juice.... or was it because I wrote in Spanish? Well, my post was obviously not directed to you, so why do you care? He speaks spanish, I speak spanish too so I'm sorry but if you're SOOO concerned about what we write then you should use a translator, because I won't write in English the whole time just for you....
We can write whatever we want as long as we follow the Community Guidelines... and guess what? we're following them..... so deal with it.

I don't think it's unhealthy as much as it is unnecessary. There is nothing magical about vegetable juice. My biggest concern about vegetable juice is lack of protein. I like a lot of protein, about 1g per pound per day. But if it makes one feel better and a doctor approves, more power to them.

I started this reboot/detox plan which all you do is drink Juice for anywhere between 3 to 10 days...you can go longer depending on your weight loss goals or health reasons. This is juice from any veggie or fruit which you make in your own kitchen, with the help of a juicer of course. I just went from 218 to 200 in about 3 weeks. I also increased muscle and strength in the process. After a hard three days, day 4 your start to feel awesome and by day 10 your are a new person, full of energy and hey you just might have an ab or 2!
