Good luck--you're only about a week away. Try to relax (bet you're tired of hearing that) and take things as they come.

I'm not nervous at all now (my wedding isn't until August), but I know I will be the week before. Thankfully, the week is "Frontier Days" so I will have a week full of concerts, rodeos, etc. to keep my mind occupied. GOOD LUCK AGAIN!

Thank you both for your suggestions. I spoke with my beloved and he and I agreed to make our house a "no wedding zone" for the rest of the week.

He also pointed out that I might be holding myself on a really tight leash - workout and diet wise. He pointed out that all of January I had fun working out and it was like a game to me. This last week has moved from that to some sort of intense push. The intensity, along with nerves, hormones (PMS) and everything else could be amplifying what would be a simple case of the nerves.

I'm going to take some small steps and see how well I adjust to them. Again, my thanks for the advice

My wedding isn't for another 6 months or so but I am already having wedding nightmares pretty much all the time.I also got a gray hair lol...

I think the best thing to do for nerves is maybe do things to take your mind of the wedding...do something with r future hubby like go to a movie,or go on a walk and make it a rule that you can't discuss the wedding. Sounds easier said than done right? haha also try doing other relaxing stuff like a bubble bath. Now for the day of the wedding I have no idea cuz i already know im going to be a HUGE mess that day..so if u come up with anything good let me know =)

Good luck and i know u will be fine and will have a great wedding day!

So I get married on 2/15. I've been fine, no problem, no nerves, no nothing. The wedding is going to be really low key, just family and close friends. It's being held at his parents house, really, really low key.

But for the last two days (ever since I started the countdown to our leaving) I've been sick. I mean really, really sick. It's tough to eat, I can't exercise my way out of it, bubbling stomach emotional wreck sick.

I ended up in a tearful fit in the kitchen yesterday asking him if we could just call the whole thing off and live together happily ever after. (to his credit he said "If that is what you want beloved, we can do it")

I'm just wondering, am I the only one going through this? If not, how did other people get through this?
