Hi, No 1960, I'm 52 , but I figured there would be some one in this group with more dieting experience than I and more advice and encouragement . I'm listening, reading, and learning as much as I can I hope to lose this before I hit 55. But I'm won't hold my breathe. Oh and I would love donuts but sugar hurts my teeth. and I've been practicing better eating habits for a few years now. And I don't have a job.

Hy, my name is Sandy, I am 53 years old. I am looking to lose 20- 25 pounds. I have been with Spark People before but started in December with a totally different user name and stuff to begin again. I have a treadmill, elliptical and stationary bike at home along with hand weights. I work out everyday. My biggest problem right now is that I work at a university and everyone thinks it is a good idea to bring in donuts. I love donuts. Anyway, starting tomorrow since I screwed up and had not one but two dunkin donuts today. I am vowing to stay away from sweets and any other type of junk food altogether.
I have crohn's disease so I really need to stay away from that type of stuff anyway. Here's to success for us born in 1959. This will be our year. Sandy
