I need to know any suggestions that will help me stay on track while i work overnight 12hrs in a hospital. Everyone knows when people work night shift they have the tendency to snack and order out alot. All suggestions welcomed. One thing I'm trying to do in between downtime hours is walk the halls for 30 mins. Thanks everyone!
