Are you under the care of a physician for this problem?
Have you kept the physician informed as to how you are feeling? Is there a need for medication adjustments?
Does the physician feel that a diet change may be beneficial to your care?
If so, has the doctor referred you to a Registered Dietitian for nutrition therapy?
The dietitian would be able to determine if there are trigger foods that you may need to avoid.
Would achieving a healthier weight help with the situation? The dietitian could also help with this as well?
