Speaking of belated ~ how are you doing now that several days have past? I'm hoping you are feeling much better just by knowing you are not alone!

I just found out today that I can add macular degeneration in my left eye to the list of medical experiences. I will go back Wednesday to have an injection in it. My husband has this done almost once a month so now I can see what he has been experiencing.

A very belated emoticon for your thoughtful response to my query about anyone out there over 70. You are right of course, and I do my best to follow your example. Thank you for sharing your experience. Blessings, B-

I've not had any replacements but have mobility problems with my hips & legs ~ and my lungs collapsed 5 years ago. The elasticity will never be restored to what it was before, so although I have a lot to overcome ~ I must get get back to strength training and cardio.

Like you, I have to pace myself and do the shorter workouts ~ which I was delighted to find on SparkPeople. With determination we will overcome our obstacles and make it.

Is there anyone out there over 70 who is trying to lose weight and be phytsically active with firbromyalgia, arthritis, two hip replacements, a knee replacement, another gone, and a shoulder replacement? I can be somewhat physically active, but have a difficult time with extended workouts at the gym. Can anyone relate? If so, I am looking for a SparkBuddy who can relate. Have a great weekend everyone! emoticon if we just emoticon
