Is there anyone out there over 70 who is trying to lose weight and be phytsically active with firbromyalgia, arthritis, two hip replacements, a knee replacement, another gone, and a shoulder replacement? I can be somewhat physically active, but have a difficult time with extended workouts at the gym. Can anyone relate? If so, I am looking for a SparkBuddy who can relate.
