Hi my name is Judy. I join in Feb. 2014 So I am new at this. I need someone to talk that's my age and understands what I'm going through . When we want to give up or when we eat what we are not suppose to eat, or we over eat. That's the kind of support I need. When I started I couldn't even walk up my driveway. But I took one day at a time an now I am walking 2 miles a day. Hope I can make some friends my age and what I'm going through.

I was born in 1953 and I am also new here. Would love to connect with people on how they started to add exercise to their daily routine. I have trouble with my back so most exercises in which you have to start out on the floor are out for me right now and walking in Illinois weather right now is not a good idea. Would love to hear your thoughts.

Hi everyone, This is my first time on here and I am not too sure about navigating the teams. What do I need to do to join this team? I think this may be a good fit for me beings I am over 50 and trying to get back into shape. Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated.
