Hey all, so I just signed up for my first mud run which takes place in a month (I'm so excited)! It's a 5k course with about 13 obstacles, half of which are "mystery" obstacles. This one seems to be a fun-oriented, fairly low pressure one, but it's obviously still going to make me work. For those that have done one, how did you train? I already am doing Couch To 5k and some strength training, but if there are particular ST exercises you would recommend, or any other advice, it's much appreciated!
