i do lots of different salads-- collards and sweet peppers, kale salads. i make pates that I can dip fresh veggies in. I use lots of different greens. You can make soups and smoothies. Don't worry about a fridge if you don't have one available. Greens have tremendous staying power and they won't go bad in a few hours. If you want a cold salad then you can use the insulated bags with the ice packs if no fridge is available.
