Mine is in my signature line... borrowed from Michael Pollan and is so incredibly simple, yet encompasses what I feel healthy eating is, it sticks with me all the time... "Eat Food (food, as in real food, whole food-not laboratory made food). Not too much (portion control). Mostly plants (self explanatory)."
