It sounds like you need a massage and someone to take you out for a nice dinner and maybe some dancing. Have you tried deep breathing. Try listening to some very calm music and lay down with your hands on your belly and breathe deeply. I'm up to 25 deep breathes. But do as many as you can. I do my deep breathing in the morning before I get out of bed.

MY life stresses= just loss of mom, on going child custody battle, full time work (and drama at work) college & of course being mom and wife....and constanly getting sick (i work at a preschool) This year has already been so crazy! Oh and I have to move by june and have no clue where im moving yet. I'm so stressed and I want to say no my work outs & yes to" the bad stuff" for a while but I feel like I shouldnt. IDK! Any advice?
