I just started incorporating yoga into my routine 3 weeks ago! I am taking a class called "Anybody Yoga" through my gym and love it. I think my hips, however, need some time to realize how much they like it too! Running, I tell you. I did realize through this class I know more poses than I thought as many of the classes I have taken use yoga to cool down and stretch.
I think it's great that you are doing yoga. It just shows that size doesn't matter and everyone starts somewhere! Keep up the great work AND great attitude!

I guess I'm a yogi? I do yoga at the end of my workouts to cool down and stretch out. I'm currently in a self-imposed yoga challenge for November where I do 20 minutes of yoga a day in addition to my regular workout.
You don't have to eat the whole thing.

I am a new yoga teacher!! Loving it :) Wondering if there are any Yogis out there? I am a new teacher and also a fairly new yogi. I'm working on practicing daily... I have about 100 pounds to lose. (yes, i do yoga at 280 pounds. :p there are overweight yogis....i promise ;) ) I am working hard on losing weight for myself, and also for my practice (and for my students).
