My first question is why do you feel a need to do 45 minutes of cardio? That much cardio is not needed for general fitness00, thirty minutes of quality cardio twice a week is sufficient for general fitness. Add three days a week of full body strength works, again of 30 minutes duration and you have your workout needs covered.
It is called WORK-ing out for a reason.
I said getting fit was simple, I did not say it was easy.
Cardio burns calories, strength work burns fat.
Eat well to lose weight, exercise to get fit
You can not build a six pack using twelve packs

That's pretty much my workout plan right now - I used the Workout Generator http://www.sparkpeople.com/resource/fitnes s_plan_generator.asp and found a good upper body plan for cardio+ days (M,W,F) and I do lower body on Tues. Thurs.

Hi, I just finished Insanity last month and I am now ready to start a new workout plan, but this time at the gym instead of at home. Does anyone have any recommendations or know any websites that can map out a plan for me once I go? I'd like to do 45 minutes on the elliptical and then I want to hit the free weights, but I kind of want a plan so it will be easier for me to follow. Any websites or recommendations from personal experience?
