I recently started following a Primal way of eating. I'm still tracking my calories to make sure that I am staying within my recommended SP range, but I'm also tracking my micronutrients to make sure that I have the right carb/fat/protein ratio. Pretty much without trying I hit that every day. The problem? For the past nearly three weeks my weight hasn't gone down, it's actually even fluctuated UP a couple of times, but not down at all. I feel great, my IBS is under control and I no longer have to take my daily heartburn medicine, but the pounds aren't coming off.
Anyone else have an experience like this? Do I just need to give it more time? I don't want to stop eating this way because it makes sense to me, but I would like to be losing weight as well. According to the numbers I should be losing an easy 2lbs per week, but I'm not.
Any thoughts? Suggestions? Comments? Questions? Concerns? :)
