My husband is CF certified and I've been benefiting for a couple of years ;)I find in my fitness tracker it only wants to count it as strength training. Now we all know how cardiovascularly intense our workouts or MetCons are! Not to mention dh always says that this kind of strength training is a two for one.
I usually have to log something under "intense pushups" or circuit training along with logging the reps etc under strength, then making a note about what my WOD was. It feels totally like wild guessing :/ I really wish they would amend this.
