Good for you. One step at a time. I usually go with a list, and don't walk down those isles that may trigger me. When I went the other day, I told my hubby he could get the bread because those idiots put it across from the cookies. lol
Never noticed until this week. I just have to not look at that stuff.

Be sure to go right after you eat a nice meal when you are good and full !

Okay. I did it. Back home and did not buy any junk food.

I am feeling very anxious for numerous reasons that I don't want to get into.

However, first and foremost I am going grocery shopping and I am so scared that before I know it I will put junk food in my shopping cart.

Now after way too long of eating and eating and not caring at all, I am committing to getting back on track. It is crazy to be so anxious of just going into a store.
