One of my favorite/old/bad habits is eating on the way home from the grocery store. Today it didn't help that my DD requested the two things I most habitually eat on the drive. I was sliding toward a "poor me" funk while putting the heavy beverages into the trunk when the "ah-ha" hit me--there's room for the rest! I had never thought of putting the groceries in the trunk so I couldn't eat them! I'm sure this tip is out there somewhere, but it's new to me, and I just feel so successful about it that I wanted to share!
