As long as you are meeting your estimated needs and making nutrient rich choices in meals and snacks throughout the day, the timing doesn't matter much.

I know it's best eating every 3-4 hours but i can't do that during school days. Would that jepordize my weightloss? I wouldn't think so but I'm wondering............
