One pound is awesome. Don't put yourself down! Celebrate in that pound lost. That other pound will come off next week. Slow weightloss means you are less likely to ever put it back on!
Honestly that is exactly what you should be shooting for (according to my doctor)...makes it easier to keep it off in the long run when its not such a drastic change. I have been doing 1-2 lbs a week and im down 57 lbs now and looking forward to keeping it off!

Lost another pound this week, would like to lose more though! I seem to be losing 1-2 pounds per week.
