Consider making up a sparkpage - make it public allowing members to post a message to you on it

I found this site a couple of monthes ago, but never explored the message boards uintil now. I am 59 1/2 years old and have 50 lbs to loose. It has been a frustrating journey since I am coming off a serious leg injury. My leg injury did not make me gain 50 lbs- but it has kept me from excersing as much as I want. I live in Iowa and am interested in getting to know you. All of you! I want to be successful as I jump on the diet wagon again.
