Take your time... if you can get familiar with all the trackers, it will open up a real view of the nutrients you are eating. You can edit the list and add fiber, certain vitamins, you name it.

Hi Everyone! My name is Deb and I'm 65 years young.............getting my Medicare card this year was a realilty check for me since I've always felt like I'm still in my 40's like most of my close friends. My neurologist turned me on to SparkPeople and I'm still trying to find myself away around the site. I still work (part-time) so I'm at work right now and sneaking in a few minutes to say HI!
Really looking forward to meeting you all and hearing how everyone is doing with their challenges. Personally, I would like to lose at least 10# before Thanksgiving when I go visit my son in L.A. He said if I made my goal, he'd treat me to a day at his fav spa in Beverly Hills AND to a new, fancy dress!!!
