I am at the point where i need to give my self some lead way and not be so hard on myself. I tend to think of a small mistake as a huge issue and I have to realize that this is a life long thing. It is not something that i can just quit if i feel that i have failed. Every day is a new day and a new opportunity to make the right decisions to get healthy and live a healthy lifestyle.

You can do it! I began on SP years ago and have had so many beginnings. This is my 8th day of my newest beginning and I keep reminding myself how great I feel for loving myself. I'm sure you have heard it over and over, but being overweight is not about the food! I'm going really slow this time, and every time I look in the mirror I remind myself and say out loud: "Patience".

I have 81 pounds to lose to get to goal. I'm getting to goal this time!

I don't want to be a quitter. I just want to understand it and do it on a limited income. I have decided that i have to take each day on its own. Thanks for the encouragement.

Don't quit. I've been here for nearly five years and most everyone gives up and quits. Don't be one of them. emoticon

Today I am choosing to make healthier decisions. I will not worry about the past or the future today. I will only focus on Today and what i can do Today to be healthier. I will ask myself each time before I eat something is it because i am hungry or just want to snack? I will make every effort to make sure that i am trying to make healthy choices in everything i do!
