That's fabulous that you're starting fresh! I think most of us (at least myself) needs to do that b/c it's soooooooooooooooooooooooo easy to slip and start saying "yes" to foods we really don't want to choose to eat!!! You go girl! It's all good when we're a healthy weight.

I am starting the food portion of my diet again as of yesterday. I want to be a good role model for my son and feel good. I've done pretty well but I keep letting myself slide just a little. I worked really hard once to get the weight off that I wanted and then I adopted and started graduate school. Now graduate school is almost over and I want to walk across that stage in better shape and in great health. Being a size smaller is always nice too.

Now, can anyone tell me how to find the SparkPeople Fast Break forum???? I click here and there and here and there and hopefully "happen upon" it!!! Sure would like an easier way to find it!

You know what? I've been on Sparkpeople for quite awhile now, but it was only a couple of days ago that I figured out how to use the e-mail/post function. This has been super. Thank you so much for your post of support!!

Yesterday was my "first today" and today is my "second today" I'm going to go put on my running shoes, lace them up, and go for a one hour walk.
Thank you to all who encouraged me yesterday for my "first today".
